Free Coin Magic Tricks

Coin magic tricks are about the easiest to find of all the magic tricks out there, and free coin magic tricks are the most plentiful and easy to find. Not only are they easy to find, but free coin magic tricks are relatively easy to learn. They do require some dexterity on your part, with your hand movements and all that, but with a little practice you should be able to have them under your belt in no time at all.

When you first start out using coin magic tricks, you'll find that a lot of them do nothing more than just distract the attention of your audience so you can quickly dispose of the coin. However, this gets old after a while and becomes very boring and unsatisfactory; so you need to do something a little more daring.

So if you search a little bit, you can find a lot of free coin magic tricks that are available for your use and are not only easy enough to learn quickly but also have a bit of difficulty included so they seem just a little more involved than the really simple tricks that can be so boring.

One of these free coin magic tricks is quite simple to set up and perform. It involves a glass, a string, and a small piece of wax or something else sticky. Make sure you wear clothing with buttons down the front and keep a good distance from the audience. Obtain the coin from the audience.

Before you start the trick, make sure you tie one end of the string to a button on your shirt or blouse and on the other end of the string, gently attach the small piece of wax and loosely press it against another button. Make sure that the string and wax is not visible to anyone in the audience.

Then ask for a small coin from the audience and make sure it is not a heavy coin...the trick won't work correctly if you don't have a light coin. Once you have the coin in your hand, discreetly stick the small gob of wax onto one side of the coin without making a show of it so no one is aware of what you have done.

The next step is to drop the coin into the glass and as you hold the glass really up close to you, make the coin "walk" up the glass and wind up in your hand. It's the string with the wax attached to the coin that makes the coin walk up the glass.

Foster the illusion further by extending the hand that holds the glass away from you and jiggle the glass just a little to mask any jerks or noises that you don't want the audience to hear or see. As the hand holding the glass keeps slowly extending away from you, the coin will easily and quickly walk up the glass.

The next step is to make the coin look like it jumps from the glass into your other outstretched hand, which has been waving around and making all kinds of movements around the glass to let the audience see that there is nothing attaching that hand to the coin making it walk up the glass. Once the coin is in your outstretched hand, then remove the wax from the back of it and hand the coin back to the lender in the audience. If done right, that can be a really easy coin magic trick and a lot of fun, and it is just one of many free coin magic tricks that are available to you.
